Terms and Conditions – s9999 Pakistan Betting Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and s9999 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They apply to all services offered through s9999, including sports betting, Live Casino, Fish Games, Game Lobby, deposits, withdrawals and any other features available on the platform at s9999.run.

By completing registration on s9999, depositing funds, placing a bet or accessing any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you are accessing s9999 on behalf of another person, you represent that you have authority to bind that person to these Terms, and by accepting you do so on their behalf.

2. Eligibility

If duplicate accounts are detected, s9999 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending or settled bets, bonuses or balances.

Failure to complete verification when requested may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension until the process is completed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on s9999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion requirements or exchange rate fees applied to deposits or withdrawals on the platform.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your s9999 account details.
• You may not withdraw funds to a payment account belonging to a third party.
• s9999 aims to process withdrawal requests on the same day they are submitted. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status of your account.
• Withdrawals are subject to account verification being completed. If your KYC documents have not been submitted or approved, withdrawal processing may be delayed until verification is finalised.
• s9999 reserves the right to conduct additional checks on withdrawal requests before release as part of standard financial security procedures.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on s9999 are subject to the following rules. By placing a bet, you confirm your acceptance of these conditions.

• Bets are final and binding once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled, amended or reversed after it has been accepted by the platform.
• The odds displayed at the time you confirm your bet are the odds at which that bet is settled, except in the case of obvious errors (see below).
• s9999 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical fault, data error or human error. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to your PKR account balance.
• Bets on events that are abandoned, postponed beyond the platform's settlement window, or cancelled will be voided and stakes returned unless the market rules for that specific event state otherwise.
• For cricket — including PSL franchise matches, T20 internationals and bilateral series — match betting markets will be settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant cricket board. Rain-interrupted matches settled by DLS method will be settled on the DLS result.
• Live in-play betting is subject to the same rules as pre-match betting. In-play odds update continuously during a match; the odds confirmed at the point of bet placement are the odds used for settlement.
• Accumulator bets require all legs to win for the combined bet to pay out. A single void leg in an accumulator reduces the bet to the remaining legs; the combined odds are recalculated accordingly.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. Current limits are displayed in the bet slip interface before you confirm your stake.

s9999 takes integrity seriously. Any account found to be placing bets based on inside information, match-fixing arrangements or in coordination with other accounts to exploit market errors will be permanently suspended and all associated balances forfeited.

6. Casino and Games

The s9999 Live Casino, Game Lobby and Fish Games sections are subject to the following additional conditions:

• All casino games — including Live Casino tables and Game Lobby slots — involve real-money PKR stakes. Outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems or, in the case of Live Casino, by physical game equipment operated by live dealers.
• s9999 does not guarantee any outcome or return from any casino game or Fish Game session. All gaming activity carries inherent risk of loss.
• Game histories and session logs are recorded and may be reviewed in the event of a dispute. The platform's records are considered the authoritative record of all gaming activity.
• Technical malfunctions during a game session — including disconnections, server interruptions or display errors — may result in a game round being voided. In the event of a void round, the stake for that round will be returned to your balance. Any round that has been fully completed and settled before the interruption stands as settled.
• Players must not attempt to exploit software bugs, game errors or undocumented features for financial gain. Any balance or winnings accumulated through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.

7. Responsible Gaming

• Colluding with other players, employees or third parties to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Placing bets based on non-public information regarding the outcome of a sporting event.
• Using s9999 in any way connected with money laundering, fraud or any other criminal activity.
• Transferring funds between player accounts or facilitating third-party deposits on behalf of another person.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or mobile wallet provider after funds have been used on the platform.

s9999 cooperates fully with relevant financial and security authorities where required. Any credible evidence of fraud, money laundering or criminal activity will be reported and the associated account funds held pending investigation.
